History
Foundation
MIK3 SA was founded in November 1997 in Thessaloniki, by Kostas Kefalas, Yannis Sifakis and Christos Kefalas, in order to provide reliable IT solutions based on new technologies.
The first application for the dairy sector
Launched the Development of Integrated Information Systems (IIS) for vertical markets. The first IPS was FCM (Food Control Management) addressed to the Dairy Industry, for the company NESTLE HELLAS SA.
The first music content management application
The development of the OPS, Digi, which covers the needs for the digitisation of audio carriers (CDs), for the company AEPI SA, was completed. It also started its cooperation with PowerTech in the field of security of iSeries, i5 systems.
Microsoft Partner
MIK3 SA, was certified as a Microsoft Partner (2009-2010) by receiving the specialization “ISV/Software Solutions”, in recognition of technological excellence and impact to its customers through Microsoft products and services.
IBM Advanced Business Partner
At the same time, MIK3 SA was certified as IBM Advanced Business Partner for IBM Information Management products, including Enterprise Content Manager, Content Manager for Email, Content Manager for Files and Content Manager On Demand.
iOS Registered Developer
MIK3 SA now belongs to the registered iOS Developers of Apple, with the ability to develop applications for all devices of the Apple iOS platform (iphone, ipad, ipod touch).
