In this context, we believe that the protection of all information that our customers entrust to us is non-negotiable. Management and every employee of the company are committed to:

  • Protect our clients’ confidential information so that we use it only for agreed business purposes.
  • We are lawful, honest and transparent in our use of confidential information.
  • We respect the privacy and confidentiality of personal data so that we do not use it for purposes other than those for which it was obtained.
  • We safeguard the information so that we do not use it for unfair commercial exploitation.
  • We protect equipment and resources and use them only for appropriate business purposes.
  • We respect the intellectual property rights of the company, customers, competitors and third parties.
  • The above are explicit terms of the contracts we sign with our customers.

To effectively manage information security we aim to:

  • Periodic assessment of risks related to information security and cybersecurity.
  • Increased awareness of information security issues among our staff.
  • To respond promptly to any incident reported or detected that may indicate a breach of confidentiality, integrity and availability.

To achieve the above objectives:

  • Provide continuous training and awareness to all staff.
  • We have designed and implemented an Information Security Management System.
  • We ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • We are committed to the continuous implementation and improvement of the effectiveness of our Information Security Management System.
